ANNA CIRRE IBORRA
My artistic learning began with painting and music. During the Fine Arts degree I experimented with engraving, video and sculpture; I finally immersed myself in the chaotic universe of sound art. In 2016 I started the postgraduate course in Sound Creation and Design, which I finished in 2018 with the presentation of
(Or) Translate, tutored by José Manuel Berenguer.
My creative process is linked to the archive through video, sound, photography and writing. I try to find fragments of stories, weave them together and put them in orbit; share them, transform them into fictions and experiment with their possible combinations. I am attracted to the media and the way in which people relate to them, in my artistic practice I try to deconfigure established relationships and find other possibilities of use.
Currently I live in Barcelona, I work in the development of an online creation project, SMILE YOU WIN, together with Eva Collins Alonso, graduated in theater direction and living in London; we work virtually and simultaneously in both cities. SMILE YOU WIN is an expanding creation platform, born with the impulse to bring together people from different countries and disciplines to initiate a self-critical and actively reflective process of collective creation. For now, it includes proposals for graphic design, scenography, video, sculpture, installation and sound composition, projections, improvisation, accumulation of files, texts ...

We investigate the history of radio through Kurt Vonnegut's theory "The Forms of Stories" within a surreal and bizarre context. The story changes depending on who and when it is told to you, reality is configured through the lenses that look at it and the radio is one of the media considered carriers of the truth. Since its invention it has been a clear example of how that truth is written by the great psychopathic powers.
Radiophonics is configured as a play, an absurd comedy where the lie is true and the truth is a lie.
